This session underscores the importance of evidence-based decision making as it relates to the use of research, best in class analysis, and the strategic use of qualitative and quantitate data in a K-12 environment. Specific examples from the field will be shared such as the use of thematic coding protocols, logic modeling, and validating/verifying root causes. Participants will walk away with some practical ways to integrate evidence-based decision making into their UDL implementation work. This session is geared toward practicing K-12 leaders and does not require participants to have any background in evidence-based practice.
