2018 UDL-IRN International Summit

This study focuses on how to use educational technology (Edtech) to meet the needs of K-2 students with disabilities. Researchers conducted interviews with 59 participants from 16 states, including special education professionals, parents and general education teachers of K-2 students with disabilities, and school administrators. The study findings address: (1) current use of Edtech in schools and at home; (2) future needs for Edtech; and (3) recommendations to improve the use of Edtech programs with students with disabilities. The study will shed light on how to develop, design, and implement Edtech programs to meet the needs of all students.
