Universal Design for Learning Studios: Literacy

Access to general education curriculum is a central tenet of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). This especially applies to the concept of literacy. This session focuses on looking at literacy through technology to support inclusion of all students in the general education classroom. Participants will look at barriers to literacy through three stages: reading to learn, learning to read, and functional literacy.
