Shannon McCaffery is the principal of Greenland Elementary School for the Oconomowoc Area School District. Prior to becoming a principal, Shannon served the district as the K-12 Curriculum Coordinator. In both roles, Shannon has had the opportunity to help lead teams through UDL implementation. Shannon, her husband, and four children enjoy the beach, camping, reading, and tennis.
